Are you a real estate agent and are there fees or commissions involved?

While one or more members of our team may hold an active real estate license, we are not acting as real estate agents in this transaction. We are real estate investors looking to purchase properties directly.

Our goal is not to list your home, but to buy it as a principal. This means we are purchasing your property ourselves, not representing you as an agent. Because of this, there are no commissions or agent fees involved when you work with us.

If you choose to sell your house to us, you will not pay any commissions. If you buy one of our homes, the only costs involved are the standard fees associated with purchasing a property.

What types of homes do you buy?
